1 20” x 20” pillow form

Gauge:

7 stitches and 10 rows = 4 inches in stockinette

Abbreviations:

CO – Cast on

WS – Wrong side

BO – Bind off

Knit in stockinette stitch for 40” ending on WS row

Buttonholes 

Row 1: *K8, BO1; repeat from * to last 8, K8

Row 2: *P8, CO1; repeat from * to last 8, P8

Continue in stockinette stitch for one more inch.

Fold pillowcase around the pillow form like a letter, with the buttonholes lined up in the middle of the pillow. Mark where buttons should go. 

Sew on buttons 

Weave in tails
